The Yoga Room

The Yoga Room

Our room is a stunning space for you to enjoy the benefits of yoga with one of our highly trained teaches. We currently offer Kundalini, Dru and Hatha.

What is Yoga?

Yoga, meaning Union, derives from the ancient Indian spiritual discipline. A class may combine body postures, breath control, mantra and meditation. Yoga is widely practised for health and relaxation. Benefits of regular practice include increased flexibility, better, improved digestion, greater focus and clarity.

All of our classes are suitable for beginners.

Which class is right for me?

All of the classes we provide offer the benefits mentioned above. Choosing the right class for you may depend on your personal goals. Some people come purely for the physical benefits of improved strength and flexibility whilst others are looking for calmness of mind and personal or spiritual growth.

Kundalini Yoga

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

People who attend Kundalini classes are often seeking the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
