Exploring What Matters

An 8 week course that gives you the chance to meet friendly, like minded people and find simple ways to make yourself and others happy.

This course will run on Monday evenings from 7 pm to 9 pm on Jan: 21st, 28th, Feb 4th, 11th, 18th, March 4th, 11th.

This course is for people who want to learn how to live happily and spread happiness to those around them. Created by Action for Happiness charity to help people really tune in to what matters in life, connect with people around them and find small ways to start taking action.

Gong Sound Healing Event

Back by popular demand: Come and join us in January, and journey through a soundscape of music to help restore and balance your energy and vitality after Xmas & New Year.

Relax to the sounds of singing bowls, a gong, drums, keyboard and chimes to take away stress and trauma of your lives. Allow the soothing sounds to heal your mind, body & spirit.

Please bring something comfortable to lie on or we will provide a chair if you’re sitting upright. Wear soft, comfy clothing and bring pillows & blankets that keep you warm and comforts you. We do have some mats and cushions on-site. All you need do is lay back, close your eyes and relax. There will be a refreshments and cake afterwards to look forward to.

8 Week Anger Management Course

Our anger management group programme offers an extremely powerful and cost-effective way to manage your anger and take control of your life. 
​​Run in small groups our anger management programme is run as a psycho-educational group. This means that you will learn practical models to help understand and control your anger.  You will also have the time and space to explore your own anger process and uncover the thinking patterns that may contribute to your anger issues.

8 Week Beginners Kundalini Course

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a complete system-using asana, breath, mantra, and mudra to amplify higher states of consciousness. Kundalini Yoga provides a total overhaul for the entire 10 body system in a very short amount of time.

The practice strengthens the nervous system, balances the endocrine system, and stimulates the Kundalini energy coiled at the base of the spine awakening your own heightened consciousness and giving you a greater experience of joy and your own vital energy.

8 week Mindfulness Course

Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better.  When we become more aware of the present moment, we begin to experience afresh things that we have been taking for granted.

This 8 week course starts on Monday 14th January 2019, 10.00 am – 12 pm for 8 weeks.
