We are so happy to have David Perry join the team at The Hub to introduce beginners Tai Chi & Qigong. The form is taken from the Traditional Wu Style Tai Chi, headed by Master Jin who is based in Huddersfield.
This course is being run through the W.E.A and there are free & funded places available. You can enrol here.
A gentle full body workout incorporating both mind and body with the aim to relax and destress the body/mind in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle and have fun whilst exercising. The course starts on Wednesday 5th June at 11.00 am till 12.30 pm for 7 weeks
It is suitable for all ages over 18 to 80+.
